Tickets

Create, manage, and track tasks with statuses, priorities, labels, and assignees.

Tickets are the core unit of work in Lemonade. They represent tasks, bugs, features, or any actionable item your team needs to complete.

Statuses

Tickets move through the following statuses:

  • Backlog — Not yet prioritized
  • Todo — Ready to be worked on
  • In Progress — Currently being worked on
  • Blocked — Waiting on a dependency
  • Reviewing — Under review
  • Done — Completed
  • Closed — Resolved without completion
  • Cancelled — No longer needed

Priorities

Assign a priority to indicate urgency:

  • Urgent
  • High
  • Medium
  • Low
  • None

Sub-tickets

Break large tickets into smaller sub-tickets for granular tracking. Sub-tickets inherit context from their parent but can have independent statuses and assignees.

Linked Tickets

Link related tickets to establish relationships and improve traceability.

Attachments

Attach files to tickets. Attachments go through a pending/confirmed workflow to ensure upload integrity.

Timeline and Comments

Each ticket has a timeline showing its full history — status changes, comments, reactions, and other events. Comments support mentions and threaded replies.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple tickets to update, delete, or restore them in batch.

Drafts

Tickets can be saved as drafts with auto-persistence to localStorage before being formally created.
