Templates let you pre-define ticket structures for recurring task types.

Creating Templates

Define a template with a title, description, default labels, priority, and other fields. Templates are workspace-wide and available to all members.

Using Templates

When creating a new ticket, select a template to auto-fill fields. Customize any pre-filled values before saving.

Management

Workspace admins can create, edit, and delete templates from workspace settings.
